By using whiteesim.org and purchasing our eSIM services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Service Description
White eSIM provides real, non-VoIP, carrier-backed virtual phone numbers for the United States (+1) and the United Kingdom (+44), delivered digitally via eSIM technology. Our numbers support OTP verification, incoming/outgoing calls, and SMS depending on the plan selected.
2. Plans and Pricing
We offer the following plans:
- US Starter ($12/month) — 1 real non-VoIP US +1 number, unlimited incoming SMS, OTPs, and voice calls. No outgoing calls or SMS. 250MB data (30 days).
- US Professional ($20/month) — 1 real non-VoIP US +1 number, unlimited incoming SMS, OTPs, and voice calls, plus 100 outgoing call minutes and 500 outgoing SMS per month. Includes voicemail, call forwarding, and priority support.
- UK Plan ($19/month) — 1 real non-VoIP UK +44 number, unlimited calls and texts in UK, 40GB data, 2GB roaming in 72+ countries. Works on WhatsApp, Telegram, Google and 50+ platforms.
- Annual Pro (US $79/year · UK $99/year) — A dedicated non-VoIP number valid for 12 months with no re-verification, no monthly renewals, and priority support. All features of the relevant monthly plan are included.
Prices are in US dollars. Monthly plans renew each billing cycle. Annual plans are billed once for 12 months of service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
3. Refund & Troubleshooting Policy
Refund Eligibility Window: 30 Minutes
While all sales are generally final, refunds are available only if you experience a technical failure during eSIM activation. You must act quickly and provide proof.
📹 To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Respond within 30 minutes of receiving your QR code via WhatsApp
- Complete all troubleshooting steps at whiteesim.org/esim-activation-faq — follow the "Top Quick Fixes" checklist
- Submit a video recording showing:
- Your QR code and any error messages (screenshot or screen recording)
- Settings → Mobile Data / SIM Manager showing the eSIM line status
- Browser console (press F12) if applicable, showing any error logs
- Your device model and OS version visible in Settings → About
- Message us on WhatsApp (+91 85838 26981) with your video and a description of the exact error
What Qualifies for Refund
- eSIM QR code fails to scan after trying multiple devices/browsers
- Activation fails with an error code after following all FAQ troubleshooting steps
- Your phone is confirmed incompatible (no eSIM support, carrier-locked)
- Carrier rejection (rare — we will investigate)
What Does NOT Qualify
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- You did not follow the troubleshooting steps
- Submission after 30 minutes
- You already activated the eSIM on another device
- The eSIM is no longer showing in your phone settings

Refund Processing
Once you submit your video and details:
- We will review your case within 24 hours
- Approved refunds are issued to your original crypto wallet within 2–3 business days
- You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation with your refund status
Before Ordering
To avoid activation issues, please:
- Verify your device supports eSIM (see our guide for how to check)
- Ensure your phone is not carrier-locked

4. Acceptable Use
Our numbers are provided for personal and legitimate business use only. You agree not to use our services for:
- Spam, fraud, or any illegal activity
- Mass account creation or platform abuse
- Harassment, threats, or impersonation
- Any activity that violates the laws of the United States, United Kingdom, or your jurisdiction
We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if we determine that our numbers are being used for prohibited activities.
5. eSIM Delivery and Activation
After payment confirmation, your eSIM QR code will be delivered via WhatsApp — typically within 30 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (9 AM – 9 PM IST, Monday–Sunday). Delivery times may vary based on carrier processing.
6. eSIM Restrictions
- Each eSIM is non-transferable and linked to the device it is activated on.
- Numbers are dedicated to you for the duration of your active subscription.
- If your subscription lapses, your number may be released and cannot be guaranteed for reassignment.
7. KYC Verification
Some number types may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. If you choose the KYC path, you agree to provide a valid government-issued ID, selfie, and proof of address. These documents are stored securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Payment
We accept cryptocurrency payments: USDT (TRC-20) and USDC (BEP-20). You are responsible for ensuring the correct network is used when sending funds. Funds sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered and White eSIM is not liable for such losses.
9. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.8% uptime and reliable OTP delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Carrier-level issues, platform policy changes, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
White eSIM provides virtual numbers on an "as is" basis. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you in the current billing period. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
